How do you ensure plants arrive in healthy condition?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures each plant in place to prevent movement during transit. Our specialists also hand-pick every plant to ensure it meets our strict quality and health standards before shipping.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
While we take every precaution, plants are living things. If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
How long does shipping usually take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your new green friend's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer care instructions for the plants?
Yes! Every Bloombox Club plant comes with a digital care guide tailored to its specific species, including light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help it thrive in your home.
Can I return a non-living product like a pot or tool?
Absolutely. Non-living items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.
